Bagel Buffet
An easy way to host some friends and family for brunch at home. Setting up a bagel buffet is the perfect no fuss way to host a brunch at home because you can prepare everything in advance (ideally the night before) and simply lay it out in the morning on your table for everyone to help themselves and make their own bagels.Â
It’s not a bagel buffet without an assortment of flavoured cream cheeses and these are really the star of the buffet. Australian dairy products provide a delicious, cost-effective way to bring excitement and added flavour to every dish. I’ve prepared 4 different types below. There’s 3 savoury and 1 sweet and if you’d like to know what I put in these, head to my recent post to see how I made them.
I prep all of my toppings and flavoured cream cheeses the night before arranging everything into serving dishes and keep them in the fridge. That way all you have to do in the morning is place them on your table, arrange your bagels and you’re done!
