arkhé - Adelaide
I visited arkhé when I was in Adelaide last, and It has quickly become one of my favourite's in Adelaide! The menu is incredible, the staff are wonderful and I highly recommend sitting at the chef's table and doing the chef's tasting menu if you have a big group. Otherwise the bar is perfect for two, if you love watching the kitchen in action. If it's a nice night, or lunch weather the courtyard is beautiful too!
My highlights from the menu:
- The brûléed duck parfait tartlet (pic 3)
- Sourdough crumpet, taramasalata, Yarra Valley brook trout roe (pic 3)
- Glazed Kingfish Collar (pic 5)
- Southern Rock Lobster, garlic brown butter, capers (pic 6/7)
- Kas' corn, yeast garum butter, sumac (pic 9)
