G&T 4 WAYS

Sharing 4 different types of G&Ts to celebrate World Gin Day!
I’ve used some of my favourite gins and paired different tonics from Fever Tree to match the aromatics and also added in garnishes to complement. Let me know which one is your favourite!

Orange and Olive G&T
The vibe: Sunset drinks in Taormina, Sicily.
The taste: A naughty but nice, savoury yet fresh G&T. The olives and brine make it a little ‘dirty martini’ and the orange keeps it clean.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30ml) of Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
  • 3 sicilian olives, plus some of the brine
  • 1 slice of orange, fresh or dried
  • 150ml of Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
  • 1 cup of ice

Cucumber G&T
The vibe: The whenever, wherever G&T. Your go-to G&T for any time, day or location, just like a classic black outfit.
The taste: Classic, clean and refreshing. Roku Gin is an elegant Japanese gin and needs little embellishment.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30ml) of Roku Gin
  • 150ml of Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water
  • 1 slice of cucumber
  • 1 cup of ice

Lemon & Lime G&T
The vibe: Afternoon drinks or a boozy high tea in London
The taste: Fever Tree’s Lemon tonic water makes this taste like a boozy lemon squash.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30ml) of Tanqueray Gin
  • 150ml of Fever Tree Lemon Tonic Water
  • 1 slice of lime, fresh or dried
  • 1 cup of ice

Grapefruit G&T
The vibe: You’re sipping this on a boat in Capri, whilst eating a prawn pasta.
The taste: Pink Grapefruit, fresh and citrusy. Malfy Rosa Gin is infused with grapefruit, so Fever Tree’s Mediterranean toni water pairs perfectly with it. Add a bit of rosemary if you feel like being extra.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30ml) of Malfy Gin
  • 150ml of Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • 1 slice of lime, fresh or dried
  • 1 cup of ice

Method for all

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Pour in your gin of choice and top with your choice of Fever Tree tonic water.
  3. Add in your garnish and enjoy!
