Christmas Gin Cobbler

 

A summer sipper in partnership with Four Pillars Gin to celebrate the release of their annual Australian Christmas Gin. 
The gin itself smells like Christmas:  there's juniper, cinnamon as well as muscat thanks to the gin being aged in muscat barrels. It really tastes like a Christmas pudding. To enjoy it, you can sip it neat, mix it with ginger ale or beer, or try it in some great cocktails like this one below!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml dry vermouth or Fino sherry
  • 10ml sugar syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients over ice in a Collins glass, though I’ve opted for a martini glass to make it fun!
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig, orange, berries and lightly dust with icing sugar.
